How do I start my free trial?

Download CompassCare from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and choose a plan. Your 7-day free trial begins automatically — you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store, so you cancel there:

Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

I switched phones — how do I get my subscription back?

Open CompassCare on your new device, sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used to subscribe, and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Your access will be restored.

What does the subscription cost?

Prices may vary slightly by region and are always shown before you confirm a purchase.

What languages does the app support?

CompassCare is available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The app follows your device language automatically.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your caregiving information is kept private. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

Does CompassCare give medical advice?

No. CompassCare is an organizational tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
